Community Behavioral Healthcare Association of Illinois (CBHA) has been approved by the Illinois Department of Professional Regulation to offer Continuing Education (CE) credit for:

CBHA will process CEU requests upon receipt of completed Continuing Education (CE) Co-Sponsorship request form and payment. CBHA members may be invoiced for the CE Co-Sponsorship fee, however non-members must pay in advance.

Upon approval of co-sponsorship, CBHA will email the monitoring forms, evaluations and sign-in sheets for your training event.  After completion of the training, return evaluation summary and sign-in sheets to CBHA.

Training event sign-in sheets must be returned to CBHA so that a permanent verification record is available for the Illinois Department of Professional Regulation. Failure to return sign-in sheets for your training event will absolve CBHA of any liability to verify attendance for your event.
